Hello hello hello! Here we have my takes on the Balance Manifesto. I might have concentrated more on the perceived negatives than positives but these are more or less my first reaction to the changes! Do I think Some build/skills came out on the top as the clear winners? Yes! Does these changes mean that all of a sudden all spells and all bow skills are super duper strong? Certainly not!
