9Damage nerfs don't really matter.
Time investment to make the build DOES matter.
Note: That my second 6-link (new in this version) does not have awakened lightning damage, and does not have level 20 gems (Shock Nova / Galvanic Field / Lightning Conduit). I will post PoB this time with fixed Gems.

I wanted to do this build for 3.19 but based on my impression of the loot changes it would require 3+ months of my time (probably longer than the length of the league) vs it taking 2 months in Scourge. I'm not sure if a build if this magnitude (aka fun) is possible with the time I have to play the game anymore as it requires first leveling a second character to get the currency required (especially with divine rolling). I think there have been some "cost reductions" introduced since scourge league when I originally made this build, but rolling the ward bases themselves take at least a month of my time.
