In this video, I show an alc and go example map and Tane's Lab rotation using my current 3.21 farming strategy that focuses on Altars, Essence, and Metamorph.

Strategy Breakdown:
Altars: While I am using Eater Altars in this video, I would suggest Exarch Altars because its better overall in my experience. You will get a lot of altars that give chaos, unmaking orbs, vaal orbs, regrets, etc, where Eater just has the Divine Altar that rarely shows up and when it does, since we aren't heavily juicing the map, it isn't great anyway. (I am running Eater for Challenge)

Essence: Since my build has strong single target dps and ignores elemental resistances, Essence is good since they die in less than 3 seconds.

Metamorph: Much like Essence, since my build has strong single target dps and ignores elemental resistances, Metamorph is actually fairly good. Metamorph is the reason why I choose to run City Square Map because if I am running low on a certain organ, since the map has 3 bosses, I can choose the organ I need. Then once I get 30-40 of each organ, I go to Tane's Lab where you will get roughly 6-8 divine per hour. I do not sort my organs at all as that takes up time, which cuts into profits in my experience.
