A quick diagnosis / repair of a 3DS original / phat model.
After tearing it down and trying to reflow the solder points on the pins, it still did not work, so I removed the cartridge slot ( slowly and painfully to watch ) from the board, popped on a new one, tested it to make sure the work was good, and then put it all back together.
