3rd Scene: Call In (Allen Mask, Segmented Full Combo [1x, 11x, 13x], S Ranking) [Hotline Blox]
The newest level in Hotline Blox offers a different character, Daniels, with a different moveset, but more importantly he has different masks available to him. After full comboing the level once with each mask, the highest score I got was with Allen. I did play through the levels with other masks to show that it's possible, though (you can find that video here: • Hotline Blox - 3rd Scene: Call In Gameplay )

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
It's Daniels, from Hotline Miami 2! (He even has the white bandanna that Daniels had that obscured his face in Hotline Miami 2 proper!) If you don't remember, he was one of the four members of the elite special forces fireteam, the Ghost Wolves, which The Soldier (aka Beard, aka the guy who gives all those freebies to Jacket after every level in Hotline Miami 1) and Jacket were a part of. In Hotline Miami 2, he's last seen checking on the fourth member of the Ghost Wolves, Barnes, who was torn in half by an explosion in a power plant that's actively melting down; he's not mentioned again in Hotline Miami 2 and is presumably KIA. I'm glad to see that in this interpretation of Hotline Miami 2's events, Daniels survives, even though he seems to have lost contact with Jacket and The Soldier, and appears to have fallen for the 50 Blessings meme, exactly as Jacket did.
There's a 50 Blessings flyer in Daniels' motel room, as is standard for the other 50 Blessings operatives throughout the two games (besides Ritcher, that is).
Thin walls from Hotline Miami 1's Overdose level make a return, denoted by yellow filling. You can fire directly through them. (The level editor in Hotline Miami 2 lets you place down walls like these, but none show up in Hotline Miami 2's campaign proper; instead plaster wall that enemies can see you through and shoot through that are destroyed when fired through occasionally shows up. Makes sense, because Overdose's thin walls are kind of overpowered in the player's favor.)
The level itself appears to be visually based on the levels from the first Hotline Miami. The first floor is based on the first floor of No Talk from Hotline Miami 1, except this time there's a single poor schmuck on guard at the bottom of the stairs. The second floor is based on the second floor of Overdose from Hotline Miami 1 down to the thin walls, though this time only accessible from the right side and with a few modifications. The third floor appears to be an original design.
Daniels' base moveset appears to be based on Jake from Hotline Miami 2, down to being a fat character (though Daniels was also fat in Hotline Miami 2) and even exclusively being right handed, as compared to the ambidexterity that nearly the rest of the Hotline Miami playable cast exhibit (another sign to me the developer is a die-hard fan of Hotline Miami 2).
Daniel's 50 Blessings-issue mask appears to be based on an ant. His other masks are just recolored ant masks. For this video, I'll be using Allen.
The default mask, "Daniels", offers no special abilities; in that regard it's kind of like the Richard mask from Hotline Miami 1.
"Paul" offers lethal throws, turning Daniels into a one-to-one facsimile to Jake. (Although when Paul is equipped, thrown objects that hit an enemy will keep travelling and hit more enemies until drag brings it to a stop, which functions a lot more like the Jake mask did in Hotline Miami 1).
"Allen" is based on Tony from Hotline Miami 2 (and I guess also The Son's Dirty Hands technique - but who even equips Dirty Hands when playing as the son?) It grants lethal punches, but in return the player cannot pick up weapons of any kind.
"Dan" starts with a suppressed pistol that holds 12 rounds in the mag, similar to The Henchman's gimmick in Hotline Miami 2. It is only unlocked after beating Call In once. (I'd wager it's also the reason the first and second floors have exactly 12 enemies combined - make sure to retain your Assassin's Cred and don't miss a shot!)
The after-level convenience store is directly based on Beard's convenience store that Jacket frequently visits after levels in his coma dreams in Hotline Miami 1, though notably the clerk is not The Soldier. Daniels' military service and the power plant that the Ghost Wolves raided in Hotline Miami 2's Casualties is referenced, and the phrase "it's on the house", which coma Beard said once after saving Jacket's life (and which he frequently repeats in Jacket's coma dreams, interpreted as constantly giving him free stuff) is also mentioned.
