should have showered and washed hair so my head does not look greasy and bald. smh. this is day one. will eat healthier, sleep better, and workout more. instead of only averaging 10 minutes of working out per week. making this video public will probably motivate me to take better care of myself. that way i can show progress of getting stronger each month. hip, ankle, knee, back, shoulder, and neck injuries will not stop me from getting stronger. no excuses. as apollo creed said in rocky 3. "There is no tomorrow!" on a side note doing pushups like this is a terrible idea if you have a bad shoulder like me. but i do stupid things to show off.
