I've been trying for YEARS to restore these save files after my 1019 memory card got corrupted, and there's finally a solution out there, and I got my files back, so I wanted to make a video about it :')

I would have NEVER been able to restore these files without the efforts of TuxSH, so thank you so much if you see this!

What I did was take my corrupted memory card, extract the save files from it to an SD card using the GCMM homebrew app on my modded Wii, opened up each save file in PkmGCSaveEditor with "Ignore Data Corruption" enabled, simply re-saved each save file from the editor, restored the save files to a different working memory card using GCMM, and my files were able to load again!!!! Your results may vary based on how corrupted your memory card may really be if you try this. Data corruption tends to be very unpredictable, so I was pretty lucky it worked.

If you are looking into how to mod your wii, I honestly don't know what methods are out there these days because I used a primitive method 8/9 years ago.
