Can go up to 837~838 if you get lucky with the P2 slot machine. There is a hidden debuff that seems to begin right as the RPC becomes vulnerable again, which does not seem to be affected by timestop or HT blitzlock. I cannot confirm this obviously but my experience was that the more hp the last canister had remaining, the more damage I was able to do. If you get perfect RNG here, the finisher will do upward of 4m damage, allowing for a way earlier kill.
