Unreasonable Force is a Hot Pursuit event featured in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and it is a racer career event.
In Hot Pursuit (2010), the event is unlocked by beating Heart to Heart, while in Hot Pursuit Remastered, it is unlocked by beating Sun, Sand and Supercars. It can be accessed from the Carson Ridge Reservoir racer node on the career map, and is a Super Series event.
The event starts heading west on West Beach Freeway. The racers continue down the entirety of this motorway, before turning onto Grand Ocean Road at the following junction. The route leads the racers along the coast, after which they turn left at the lighthouse. They continue down Lost Horse Road and towards the end of this road, where the finish line is located.
