When Ki-Adi-Mundi first draws his lightsaber it is blue, then it changes to green after the clones arrive, and it ends up being blue again.

Number 2
Obi-Wan tells the clones to fire on Dooku’s ship, but the clone says that they are out of rockets. In one of the next shots, there are clearly at least 4 rockets left.

While R2D2 drags C-3PO’s head across the arena, C-3PO is talking even though his power supply and voice module is on his backpiece.

When Padme falls out of the transport ship she’s holding her gun, but in the wide shot right after, she has no gun anywhere near her.
