I want to challenge myself AND inspire you to put pen to page, even when it seems like there is no time.

Let's face it. We all have the same 24 hours in our day. But what are we choosing to do with that time? Let's set aside just a few minutes for ourselves. You can follow along with me and try some of these tips on your own, or you can sit back and enjoy that calm after the storm (aka, the silence once the whole house is asleep).
