Hello and welcome to my channel! Today we're looking at 5 PS4 games that look and play better than ever on the new PS5 Pro! I was already planning on covering these games on my base PS5 because any PS5 already does a 95% of the heavy lifting with making these games play great, but since I got the PS5 Pro with it's "Enhance Image Quality of PS4 Games" exclusive toggle in the system settings, it's able to incease the image quality for some PS4 games when it works and the results can be pretty nice. Corrections:
00:26 - The toggle in the system settings is "Enhance Image Quality for PS4 Games" and it does not technically say that it's using PSSR in the description, Sony has not officially revealed 100% exactly what this feature (as Digital Foundry put it "I believe it's some sort of smart upscaler") is derived from, some say it's PSSR, some say it isn't, nobody truly knows other than Sony because it's their proprietary technology, I'm in the camp that it's some form of rudimentary AI-upscaler that's a byproduct of PSSR (it behaves in very similar ways, such as digital film noise confusing it) but I'm humble enough to admit I don't know for an absolute certainty, so as a correction, when I say "PSSR", I am strictly referring to the "Enhance Image Quality for PS4 Games" feature toggle only.

01:34 - The texture glitch is native to the game since the PS4, so it has nothing to do with the PS5/PS5 Pro according to my comments.

14:30 - The PS5 Pro's "PS4 Image Quality Enhancer" Toggle actually isn't doing as much as I originally thought with the "higher resolution" mode in the game's graphical settings, but it is more noticeable and helps with the "better frame rate" option due to the lower resolution, I still recommend the higher resolution setting for the best image quality, which any PS5 can do, so I needed to correct the record, my apologies, Dark Souls 3 is a better example of that feature making a more pronounced difference.
