1. The inventory management and upgrade comparison is much less convenient
2. The world level increasing as you do removes any feeling of progression
3. The dungeon design amounts to "find keys, open door" and not much more
4. The multiplayer aspects are laggy and broken.
5. The "open world" is bigger and borderless, but feels even less open than D3.
