7 Days to Die Server HowTo (Turn Your Old PC into a Gameserver)

I turned my old PC into a gameserver. The PC specs:
Intel Pentium E2160 @ 1.8 GHz (dual-core CPU) with 4GB DDR2 memory (however this motherboard can only manage less memory and shows only 3245 MiB, something also goes to built-in intel VGA adapter).
I used desktop version of Xubuntu with enabled incoming SSH sessions and vnc server for remote desktop access. However you can have better performance with Ubuntu Server. For security reasons it is better to use steamcmd under separate user acount without root permisions.
And of course, steamcmd works in windows as well.
