So I have done new reinstall and added Call of The Lost Goddess mod.
If you want to add it to your existing installation, at this point you will have to enter the area by cheat command C:MoveToArea("AC#W01") cause it won't show on the map due to some issue with save file, if you though start a new game, the area will show on the map properly and you can save the hassle that way.
