Yes, Ethan does own a copy of this game. He just forgot to record footage of him handling the cartridge, and now the cart itself is back in his hometown with the rest of his NES collection.

This game was released in 1992 for some reason. Then The company that released it (Caltron) went out of business immediately. So a different company (Myriad) bought the rest of the cartridges and sold them, then they also went out of business immediately. Maybe it's because this game is a miserable pile of disease.

Also, this game sucks.
