If you're a JRPG player of exquisite tastes, you know that you can't always build your backlog on the foundation of Metacritic. Sure, you can glean a lot of useful information from the general consensus of reviewers, but a lot of different factors can lead to a game getting the short end of the stick. That leaves a solid RPG without a fan base, and that's a shame if you ask me. Come with me as I highlight 8 JRPGs that I believe are NOT deserving of the negative reviews they received.
