I think there's something a bit janky with this one. I had the controls glitch out on my first attempt.

So apparently you get the silver medal if you destroy both bases (although it seems to show three players?). Had I known that, I'd have rushed straight to take out the HQs.

I guess it's possible to get the high score though you needed to amass the cash?
