With Final Fantasy VII Remake concerning fans whether it will be on the PS4 or PS5, I decided to take a dive into the franchise history. For all the times FF games failed to release as planned and skipped a console generation or even two. And in the mainline story games from FF1 to FF15 the answer is 9! 9 glorious times things did not go quite according to the original plan.
