Today I'm checking out 9 Years of Shadows, a Metroidvania action-adventure developed by Halberd Studios. It popped up on Steam and it immediately caught my attention with the colorful art direction and pixel graphics. I'm learning that I'm a sucker for games with bright colors and great soundtracks, and I hope that 9 Years of Shadows doesn't take advantage of that.
