Patch 9.1.5 Developers' Notes have been released for September 15 and we have many more details about the upcoming, returning, Mage Tower Challenge activity.
New rewards are abundant, whole Tier 20 Tomb of Sargeras recolored sets, a brand new mount (that lost to the Wandering Ancient in the community voting earlier this year) as well as Nightborne-Suramar Themed Weapons for Transmogrification and a thematic Black Rook Hold Armor Set.

So, well done Blizzard, well done......

.....HOWEVER.

However, where are the Artifact Appearances tied to the Mage Tower? Why aren't those coming back? What's the explanation? Should people be grabbing their pitchforks?
