While there are several bugs that have lasted for a very long time in Diablo 2, this one has survived multiple passes, and it is likely due to how rarely people actually end up assembling the full set. If the set as a whole wasn't so rare, I could recommend it as a mid-level set, but unfortunately, it has the rarest amulet of all the sets (yes, even rarer than Tal Rasha's), and is mostly elite parts. Generally the only reason this set is known by people is due to laying of hands, and sometimes Credendum or Telling of Beads, the rest is often ignored.
