A box-shaped chassis that stands out from the crowd - Thermaltake Tower 500 Snow Edition
64Today, we’ll be taking a look at the Thermaltake The Tower 500 Snow Edition Chassis. This chassis is suitable for all ATX and E-ATX motherboards and comes with a Dismantlable Modular Design (DMD) allowing you to customize the cooling options and how you want the chassis to look. It’s compatible with 360mm radiators on the right side, 240mm (or 280mm) radiator on the top, and 240mm on the bottom.
A few years ago, Thermaltake released the Tower 900 chassis. It was a massive full tower case that really impressed us. It had a ton of customization for cooling, and it was perfect for DIY system builders, enthusiasts and modders alike. Having said that, it was a little “too big” for me. Then last year, Thermaltake launched the Tower 100 for Mini-ITX based motherboards, which I really love. I have a soft spot for Mini-ITX PC builds.
So waiting with anticipation, I only wished Thermaltake produced a Tower chassis series that’s kind of in between the Tower 900 and Tower 100. And finally, it looks they’ve granted my wish lol!
