Johnbonne talks about the necessity of online multiplayer kart racing games, and if it's really worth it.

To clarify, this video was created before the release of The Karters and uploaded unlisted in the event it proved my point wrong. Unfortunately, The Karters is further evidence that online multiplayer is unnecessary when there's many more things. Meow Motors and The Karters' stats aren't in this video due to their short release window, so it's hard to get an idea of how popular they will be in multiplayer.
