In this audio I colour in a cute picture of a caravan and some nature while rambling about self-care and what that means for each of us, meeting our needs (and learning to recognise them), burnout, intimacy, adjusting to life in the coronavirus-era, new ways of being, trying new things, health and wellbeing and a bunch of other topics. Some of those topics may seem a little heavy but I approach them in light, positive and accessible ways while colouring in a cute picture.
