A dye absorbs a photon of wavelength \( \lambda \) and reemits the same energy into two photons of wavelength \( \lambda_{1} \) and \( \lambda_{2} \) respectively. The wavelength \( \lambda \) is related with \( \lambda_{1} \) and \( \lambda_{2} \) as:
