I always said a On Then Righr Off on most systems is NOT A PSU issue. I just was wrong. The first PSU did not work at all. The second PSU was tested fine, but during this setup, crapoed our. It then went to dreaded On then right Off. I assumed the motherboard went, but trying a third PSU all is now goid.
