2Hello and welcome to my compelte playthrough of Florence. Developed by Mountains, Florence is an interactive comic about a girl who's life gets turned upside down when she meets a man that pushes her out of her daily rut. Though the two are a perfect match, it's their dreams and overall destinies that lead them to where they're meant to be.
This was a great and very relatable story, considering how many people, including myself, fall into the daily routine. We often forget how to live our lives to the greatest potential, but the world will call upon you soon enough. What I loved most about this game was that the gameplay told the story in a very unique way. Through it's symbolism, it would show how easy and how difficult it may be to open up to people. And though the game lacks dialogue, I believe it was the developers' intention to have the player make up our own narrative for the story. Overall, it's a short but very sweet story about meeting people who will insipre you to follow your dreams. 10/10, will continue to never eat the crust.
