For anyone who's played Disgaea 1, there is a map(Episode 12: Map 3) that allows you to power level your characters by moving the Enemy Boost and Ally Damage 20% Geodes, and combining the mobs into one supermob, then positioning them as on this video, just to get some power levels on your crew.
