They used canvas to construct two tents, which is in the shape of a cylinder surmounted by a conical top. The height of the cylindrical part is \( 2.1 \mathrm{~m} \) and diameter of the cylindrical part is \( 4 \mathrm{~m} \) while the slant height of the top is \( 2.8 \mathrm{~m} \).
Find the volume of tent if the conical part of tent has height \( \mathrm{H} \) and radius \( \mathrm{R} \) and the height of cylinder is \( \mathrm{h} \) and base radius is same as that of cone.
