In this installment of my ongoing series of TTRPG tutorials, we do a deep dive on creating NPCs, starting by looking at the roll in the game and how best to define them. This is followed up with thoughts on how to flesh them out and how to get the most out of them at the table. Although this video was created with fantasy RPGs in mind, the tips here are pretty applicable to any tabletop roleplaying game!
