We’ve all seen dogs that miss their owners, but cats missing their owners are a bit less common. Probably because cats are known to be extra independent, unfortunately I have cats who are more or less like toddler humans, so now I feel super guilty.




We got back home yesterday afternoon to quite a chaotic household. My poor babies missed me, and by babies, I mean that Jaden missed me and the other two were able to comfort each other, so now I have one depressed cat who needs extra love and attention, while simultaneously attempting to give love to the other two to make sure that they don’t feel left out. Really, I find leaving my cats for any period of time difficult. Even though they did have a house-sitter who stayed with them and gave them extra attention and fed and watered them, they need a lot more attention than anyone who has cats can realize.
