As avid fans of the game franchise, we were eagerly anticipating the conclusion of the TV adaptation. However, as the credits rolled, we couldn't help but feel underwhelmed by what we had just witnessed.
Our main gripe with the final episode was the missed opportunities to delve into some of the more iconic moments from the game. Instead, the writer and director seemed to focus heavily on the LGBTQ backstories of certain characters, which left us feeling disinterested and disconnected from the main plot.
