How to install extensions in the Gnome Shell desktop and a look at changing the wallpaper and installing a better menu that replaces the Activities menu. The Gnome Shell desktop environment is a better alternative to the Unity desktop if you are using Ubuntu. I recommend installing this if you are a user of Ubuntu 12.10.
