Hello and welcome back to Verde Beach! Strap in - we're going to have our biggest expansion of the City yet. The Sterling Family is making a significant land purchase and planning a large gated community. Taking inspiration from Santa Clarita, CA, the neighborhood will have excellent pedestrian connectivity, but may have some issues with funneling of motorized traffic. I guess this is job security for the future planners of the area. This is a long once, but we accomplish a lot. Enjoy!
