163I've wanted to make content like this for a very long time, but felt Embarrased, Ashamed & Like everyone would leave the channel talking about it.
Theres a lot to go over, mostly on Mental Illness, Bad Habits, Addiction and Insomnia.
When I say mental illness, I am talking about Bipolar & or A Personality Disorder, OCD, Severe Anxiety and Depression, Insomnia, Anorexia & Bulimia, even though there are other things, this is what I personally struggle with.
This isnt stuff I am saying that I am, This is all stuff I have been diagnosed with, had treatment for, sent to residential centers for, sent to psych wards for, etc. & Wanted to make a video to explain why I am the way I am.
I would also like to begin a series on Mental Health and Bring Awareness to all of this to have a purpose in my life by helping others after going through 20 years dealing with it and Now being in Recovery from all of it without any medication.
