Command and Conquer also known as C&C: Tiberian Dawn is a Real Time Strategy PC game that was released in September 1995 and it was the very first title of the C&C saga ever to be released. It was developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Interactive, firstly for MS-DOS systems, and later for Windows, Macintosh and even the Playstation. The game offers two playable factions, GDI and NOD, each one with their special abilities and weaknesses.
On November 14th 2018, EA announced that C&C would be remastered by Petroglyph Games (the old Westwood) and Lemon Sky Studios, along with C&C: Red Alert and every expansion pack of both games such as, The Covert Operations, Counterstrike, The Aftermath and even the console missions (Retaliation) since these two games are using the same engine. Today we can enjoy them with a brand new and improved UI (user interface), 4k re-designed graphics and AI upscaled 4k cinematics, but preserving the essence of the originals.
It can be found at EA/Steam by the name Command & Conquer Remastered Collection.
