This was done in New Game + because some of the tricks are only possible when you have full carry capacity, and even then just barely. It gets easier towards the end as the game runs out of tutorials to force on you. Another aspect of New Game + is the "ultimate difficulty". It seems a bit vague but I think the enemies are more observant and also combat is much harder to survive. And there is a lot of combat. The difficulty also disables the ability to have enemy awareness indicators enabled in the HUD, which I had disabled anyway.

This game levels up your character's skills based on how you play, so trying to go for this much stealth hinders your ability to level up, since you're only gaining XP in the stealth skill and the game has mandatory combat sequences that would benefit from other skills.
