In July 1987, the magazine BIT published a BASIC program for the Commodore 64 that could calculate the positions of the planets in the sky from 1977 onwards. The calculation was made with some approximations, so let's compare the accuracy of this "Planetiere" (sic) made available by @Ready64-official with a modern program like Stellarium in web version. #commodore64 #astronomy #planetarium #BASIC
