Can there be a will of its own, not part of something else, not leading to something else? A wave, the movement of it. Is it the expression of its own will? Or is the wave moving by the will of the ocean? A thought in the mind. Is it the expression of its own movement, its own will? Or is it part of the infinite potentiality of consciousness? And you yourself, living your days by your will. Is this will a will of itself, of its own, of yourself? Or is it part of existence, potentiality of life, or anything that is untouched by your own preferences, guidance, control? What is the essence of a question in itself? Can we stay with a question without imposing our own will on it? Can a question that is asked truly, deeply, can flower in itself, in its own will, unknown to you, unpredicted, untouched by any form of comprehension, infinitely open? Can a question be asked by its own will? You look at it. You allow the ground for the question to be. And that's it. Now, within your field, a question bloomed by its own will. And you can come to the field, to the garden, to the space, and watch the question unfolding, revealing its own will to itself, not to you. And in that observation, and striked by the infinite unfoldment, unknown beauty of such question, the will of the question becomes your own, or your own will wither, and the will of the question presents itself to itself, to you, as you. You, your will, the question.
