Note: If you read this I'm probably dead. Not really, at least not physically, but boy did this video take a long time to make. I don't think you understand how many hours I spent on this. Was it worth it? I don't know. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that it's there as it is better than nothing. But my perfectionist side is crying. The text is so big. I actually scaled it down a fair bit already, it used to be even bigger. I considered putting in actual transitions along with swoosh sound effects, but halfway through I thought it looked stupid and deleted them all, and now I'm back to thinking it would have looked better if I kept them. Oh well, it's a learning process I guess, so now I know what to try next time! ^w^ DaVinci crashed so many times, but due to my carefulness (read: save-scumming nature) I never lost too much progress. Then it failed at exporting the video three times, but due to my tech savvy genius I was able to make it work the 4th (I closed the program then opened it again). If anybody asks, I have no memory of making this thumbnail. The title says "reaction to the genome project" and tbf I was planning to include my reaction to when Liquid brought up the "I'm Mr. Recessive Genes Guy" (not his exact words, but close enough), but then I realized I didn't have the VOD with that moment downloaded and my wunderbar internet connection said it would take six hours to download it. In hindsight, I definitely could have included it still, since there was way more than six hours left of editing, but at the time I thought I was finishing stuff up, and that I wouldn't have more than a maximum of 2 hours editing left to do. Anyway, if anybody read all this, then congratulations, I shall bestow upon thee a lime. Really I just needed to vent for a bit, I'm done now. Tomorrow, I'll go back to being a good and hard-working doctor.
