The girl's name is Liliana. She is Queen of AquaMundus. The Dragon's name is Keith, he is the King of the Southern Hemisphere. That, and the planet Lisfiana. They met when Liliana was stuck in another dimension, and Keith felt the disturbance and came to her rescue. He is not a bad entity, just a lively one.
