Cast on a multiple of 4 + 1 stitch (the video shows 93 stitches)
1:13 Cast on to 1st row
2:01 Rows 1-2
3:10 Rows 2-3
6:48 Rows 3-4
8:45 Rows 4-5 Knit to your desired length.
10:40 Rows 5-6
12:47 Rows 6-7
14:00 Rows 7-8
14:45 Rows 8-9
17:43 Rows 9-10
