📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Rain Lines (non-consecutive region sum lines): Adjacent digits along a blue line may not be consecutive. Digits along a blue line sum to the same value in each box the line visits. If a line enters the same box multiple times, sum each visit separately. Different lines may have different sums.
