Part 5: Under the Ground

World 5 is cave themed, and it's quite lenghty, but not as lenghty as W4 or the following worlds

w5-1: hey there charlie - The starter has 2 exits, oh boi, this level is quite simple, it's orange/red like a dorito, and it's also short. The level itself is alright, it's not the most complex level design out there but this is a 2010 hack, in the end it's alright
w5-2: Pressure Point - A speedy level based off how many coins you have, it's kinda difficult since you need to move in tight corridors with hazards and bullets, and i don't know what's the top speed in this level, i didn't feel any difference from 30 to 40 coins so i guess that's the limit?
w5-3: AFTER THAT SHELL - This level can be cheesed, i should know, i kinda did. The idea is that you need to push the shell and not kick it like i was doing, that way you can chase the shell without despawning, you can also get rid of some of the obstacles in the first section very easy. The second section is stupid, and that has to do with off-screen enemies, and specially, silent bullets. This hack had ASM in it, so why they didn't do a patch that put the bullet sound? gee.
w5-4: Color Crave Cave - Completely white cave, at first i thought this would involve a p-switch to color the stage for a short time but no, it's just a level with no color, and that's fine honestly, this level is simple and the last puzzle isn't too bad
w5-Fortress: Panic In The Outhouse - This entire fortress is about bullets, it's a neat fortress, even if some setups are not in the best spot.
w5-5: The Idiot's Ice - This level is very bland, it's plain with just enemies and nothing interesting going on, even the star section felt unnecessary, so yeah, not a bad level, just a very basic one
w5-House: Night of the Living Charlie - This level starts with a charlie falling in lava, that's it, now the level throws you 20+ charlies with different graphics, a nice change for sure. Level itself is very simple and plain, the boss was nice, credit where credit is due
w5-Castle: The Castle That Goes Up And Down - This castle is tedious, not because is hard, but because it's buld to be slow and make the player wait for the switches, and that's it, it's slow and boring until you get the chance to run in hallways and then wait AGAIN. The concept is good but the limited space and waiting kills it for me. The boss is good at least, except that it doesn't gives you power-ups so the fight is more risky

And that's world 5, not a bad world, but not that good either, it's mixed
