What is a Physics Material in Unity?
It’s a component that defines how objects behave on collision—how slippery or bouncy they are.
In this short, I applied a high bounce value to a fiery ball using Unity’s Physics Material. When launched, that one ball triggered a chain reaction, smashing props like barrels and tables across a peaceful garage setup.
🔧 Key Settings Used:
Bounciness: 1
Bounce Combine: Maximum
Material Assigned: Custom Physics Material
This shows how a simple material tweak can turn basic gameplay into chaotic, dynamic destruction! 💣
