So this is a video ive wanted to do for a long time, this is a video of things id say to a 14 year old me or even someone else who is going through bullying.

I went through a lot when i was younger i was bullied a lot in primary school and in secondary school.

I wanted to put this video out so if it helped just one person then that makes it all worth it.
