EA have revealed there new IP which is a story driven co-op game by the name of A Way Out

The game is created by Hazelight, the studio from the creators of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and basically is a co-op only action adventure game that focuses on 2 escaped convicts that need to work together in order to keep out of the eye of the police and rival criminals.

In terms of A Way Out Gameplay

One player can be controlled while the other is seeing a cutscene

There are different ways to approach a scenario--either character can potentially be the one to deal with a situation.
