The Eye wishes to be released, or else it wouldn't have told our thief how to. The Eye's plans are still unclear. The same for the plans Constantine got for The Eye. But money is money and Garrett seeks to find the four Talismans of Earth, Water, Wind and Fire to open the Haunted Cathedral as the Eye wishes. His journey begins at the secret, sealed entrance to a long lost city below the current.
