AC Shadows has Old Kofun locations on the map which are worthy to investigate because they hide a legendary chest that contains legendary perks and perks to engrave.
Doing you first Old Kofun unlocks a trophie as well when looting the legendary chest.
You can engrave those perks the moment you upgraded the Force at your Settlement. To unlock the force you need to follow the missions.
